Caramelized Onion Jam

Deeply savory, delightfully sweet and so delicious you’ll enjoy it by the spoonful! We love onion jam slathered on grilled cheese, burgers, roasted meats and grilled veggies. For a simple onion soup, mix the jam with beef broth and top with melted Gruyère.
