Sicilian Herb & Sausage Pasta

 
 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup DIVINA Mt. Athos Green Olives with Sicilian Herbs, halved

  • 1/2 cup Roasted California Garlic Cloves

  • 1 lb Orrecchiette dry pasta

  • 1 lb Italian sausage, sweet or hot

  • 3 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil


DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water 2 minutes less than instructed on package and drain

  2. Slice sausages and sauté in 1 Tbsp. of EVOO until light brown

  3. Combine pasta, sausage, olives and garlic cloves in a bowl and toss with 2 Tbsp of EVOO until even coated
