Sicilian Herb & Sausage Pasta
INGREDIENTS
1 cup DIVINA Mt. Athos Green Olives with Sicilian Herbs, halved
1/2 cup Roasted California Garlic Cloves
1 lb Orrecchiette dry pasta
1 lb Italian sausage, sweet or hot
3 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
Cook pasta in salted boiling water 2 minutes less than instructed on package and drain
Slice sausages and sauté in 1 Tbsp. of EVOO until light brown
Combine pasta, sausage, olives and garlic cloves in a bowl and toss with 2 Tbsp of EVOO until even coated
