Roasted Caprese Salad
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup DIVINA Roasted Red Tomato Wedges
8 oz Mozzarella bocconcini cheese, halved lengthwise
1 Tbsp Red onion, thinly sliced
1/8 tsp Red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Fine sea salt
Fresh basil
DIRECTIONS
Arrange the mozzarella and tomatoes on a serving platter
Season with salt
Sprinkle the onion and red pepper flakes on top
Drizzle the olive oil across the entire surface
Tear the basil leaves and arrange over the salad
Best if cheese and tomatoes are served at room temperature
